Full vs. Limited Registration- All puppies will come with AKC registration. There are two different types of AKC registration. Limited registration, which is “pet” AKC registration; this means that the puppy cannot be bred or shown. Full AKC registration allows the puppy to bred or shown when they are of age. Full registration is available to approved homes only.
How do you reserve a puppy? – Contact us via email, call, or text. We would love to know more about you and the home you can provide for one of our puppies. You are more than welcome to ask us any questions as well.
Do we offer shipping? – At this time we will not put a puppy on a plane without someone accompanying that puppy.
Is the deposit non-refundable? – The deposit is 100% refundable if something were to happen on our end. For example, female did not become pregnant after bred; if you had 3rd pick male, but there were only 2; or for some unforeseen reason something were to happen to the puppy. You also have the option to move your deposit to the next available litter if there aren’t enough puppies. Once the puppies are born, the deposit cannot be moved or refunded if there are enough puppies.
The deposit is non refundable if you are unable to get the puppy for any reason.
What kind of dog food should I feed my puppy? – This may be the most important question considering how many options there are on the market now. Being a vet tech, I’ve had many educational experiences regarding this. Our adult dogs are fed Purina Pro Plan Salmon & Rice or Purina One Lamb & Rice. Our pups are fed Purina One Large Breed Puppy. We 100% recommend any Purina One or Pro Plan Diet. Other incredible diets include Royal Canin, Hill’s Science Diet. It is very important to keep your puppy on puppy food until at least 1 year of age, but we personally keep our pups on puppy food until 2 years of age.
You can always consult your veterinarian on this as well, but keep in mind the price tag doesn’t always define a good dog food. For example, Blue Buffalo is very expensive, and we would NEVER feed this food. And, don’t be fooled by marketing- chicken-by-product IS NOT BAD. Lots of breeders/people think that this listed on the ingredients list means it shouldn’t be fed, and that is NOT the case. As always, if you ever have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to myself, or your veterinarian!
